ALSLEV RUSTFRI MONTAGE A/S is a young, modern business that has specialised in the manufacture, supply and installation of structures in stainless steel, aluminium and mild steel. This Including design/engineering for delivery of the whole package.
Founded in 1986, the business is based in an industrial zone to the south of Varde, where it has around 5000 m² of production facilities and warehousing plus an administration building.
Our production space is made up of five halls.
Hall 1 contains our department for mashining and prefabrication of platesubjects.
Hall 2 are being used for welding aluminium and stainless structures, while mild steel is processed in the separated hall 3. Hall 4 is home to goods, inward/dispatch, the warehouse lasercutting and the pickling/cleaning department, where hall 5 are being used for mounting/assembly of larger constructions.
Alslev Rustfri Montage A/S has a strong, versatile team of capable employees who are constantly taking part in further training with a view to keeping their professional knowledge up to date, helping to ensure consistently high standards in production.
We use the latest technology at our technical department including programs like
Inventor 2010 for 3D drawing, Navision 4.0 erp system and many more. For dimensioning of tanks etc. we use the program Visual Vessel design vers. 10.0 from OhmTech and for Finit Element kalkulations the program Cosmos/M 2.95 from Structural Research & Analysis Corporation (SRAC).
Alslev Rustfri Montage A/S designs, develops and manages the customer’s product all the way from concept to finished item.
Proposals for optimum solutions for the various structures are drawn up taking account of both functionality and design.
